Developers, Oceanic Estates have announced that Phase 2 of Adanac North Business Park has been given the green light and work is due to start.

The second phase of Adanac North includes 10 new Grade A industrial units ranging from 5,834 – 21,980 sq ft situated just minutes from the M271 and J3 of the M27 motorway and within easy reach of Southampton docks.

Interested parties will be in good company as Adanac North Business Park has already attracted occupiers covering a wide range of sectors.  Ordnance Survey, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance, Marine Guard, Systems, Olympic climbing wall operator Parthian Climbing, Fleet Solutions, Star International and CIMC, a global trailer manufacturer and distributor are just some of the businesses already based there.

Adanac Business Park is marketed by joint letting agents Keygrove Chartered Surveyors and Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).

Andrew Archibald, Director of Keygrove, said: “Phase 1 of the development has been hugely successful; all 18 of the new units now fully lets.  The industrial market is strong and together with our joint letting agents Lambert Smith Hampton we are already receiving enquiries; there is a lot of interest in the new units which we expect will be ready for occupation by summer 2022.

“We also have additional land available in Phase 3 for specialist design and build buildings so if customers want something bespoke, we can develop options that suit their particular requirements.”
