There’s nothing quite like Cowes Week; one of the UK’s biggest and longest-running regattas in the world.

Cowes Week first took place in 1826. Sailing has moved gradually from the preserve of the wealthy to be an inclusive sport. Now over 1,000 boats and 8,500 competitors enter Cowes Week every year.

Taking place from Saturday 8 August – Friday 14 August 2020, Cowes Week offers seven days of high calibre competition. With all sailing abilities welcome and more than 40 races taking place daily throughout Cowes Week, it’s a great time to take your passion for sailing to another level.

The last two days of Cowes Week 2020 will see the epic SailGP event return to The Solent with their 50 foot super fast catamaras.

With so much to see and do, keep track of the event plans as they develop in the build-up, via the official site: www.cowesweek.co.uk
