Pinehurst is set within Farnborough Business Park, a 115 acre mixed use business environment, which is strategically located near to excellent transport connections such as Farnborough Airport and Farnborough railway stations. Planning permission has been granted for four Grade A office buildings, two of which have now been built and let to 3 occupiers. Farnborough Business Park is located to the south of the M3 between junctions 4 and 4a. The park is accessible from two main roads – the A325 (Farnborough Road) and A327 (Ively Road)
