Flexible workspace provider BizSpace has opened its £5m centre in Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Hampshire.
BizSpace has created a three-storey office building known as 4300 Parkway comprising 72 individual offices, ranging in size from 120 to 150 sq ft, along with 195 car parking spaces.
Designed to encourage collaboration between its customers, the building’s communal spaces includes a break-out area, meeting rooms, and kitchen, as well as amenities including showers to support those who wish to cycle or run to work.
Situated between Southampton and Portsmouth, BizSpace’s newest centre is accessible via the M27 and is in a scenic location, next to 1.4 acres of woodland.
The neighbouring offices are already occupied by companies including air traffic control provider NATS, Northrop Grumman, Lloyds TSB and Zurich Insurance.
Emma Long, commercial director of BizSpace, said: “The opening of our first purpose-built business centre is a huge milestone. Solent Business Park has great accessibility in a region that is increasingly attractive as a business location, making it the perfect location for our first ground-up development. We look forward to helping Fareham’s entrepreneurs and SMEs to thrive.”
