Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council has granted an 150-year lease to St Modwen to redevelop an 188,000 sq ft industrial scheme at Viables Business Park in Basingstoke, which is set to create up to 200 permanent jobs.

St. Modwen Park Basingstoke is a new speculative development which will comprise three new high quality detached warehouse/industrial units each with their own dedicated secure service yards. The scheme is currently under construction and will be ready for occupation in Q2 2021. Ready for occupation Q2 2021, these units are situated in a prominent, attractive landscaped position benefiting from direct access from Jays Close, the main arterial road through Viables.

Viables Industrial Estate is located within about 2 miles of Basingstoke Town Centre.
