Southampton City Centre’s first offices targeting BREEAM Excellent have been unveiled at Twenty3, Brunswick Place.


The 64,000 sq. ft. offices will be the only available space of their kind, offering the highest quality sustainable design in the City. The building, located on the corner of Brunswick Place and Dorset Street, is being comprehensively reconfigured and refurbished throughout.

The redesigned building will feature an open and welcoming reception area with new glass frontage opening onto Brunswick Place. There will be a dynamic business lounge with break out spaces for tenants’ exclusive use focusing on wellness and a collaboration area. A fourth floor is being added to create a unique working space and private roof terrace, offering amazing views towards Southampton Water. The basement will have secure cycle storage and EV charging points as well as a dedicated shower block, changing and drying facilities.

Twenty3 will showcase the latest and most efficient systems providing a truly unique opportunity in Southampton. The office space and common parts include highly efficient cooling and heating systems, lighting and contemporary finishes of the highest quality. These will dramatically reduce the operational emissions making the building both cost efficient and environmentally friendly.

Global engineering, architecture and consultancy company Ramboll has pre-let the ground floor at Twenty3, signing a 10-year lease commitment.

CBRE and Vail Williams have been appointed as joint sole agents for Twenty3 Brunswick Place.
