Portsmouth City Centre North Regeneration Scheme

As part of our £1bn+ city centre regeneration programme, we will be delivering an ambitious and sustainable development at the northern aspect of Portsmouth’s city centre.

The exciting creation of an urban park will act as a multi-functional green space, connecting communities, prioritising greener travel, and supporting the local economy. It will also provide a more biodiverse, safe, and spacious environment to support the development of new homes, in addition to commercial, leisure and community development. This forward-thinking development will provide new and existing communities with better access to cultural and leisure activities, and proximity to facilities within the city centre. There will be a strong focus on sustainability, from travel and the environment to energy and waste.

Total area totals 154,000 sq. m. employment space and 25,000 sq. m. leisure facilities. The scheme hopes to create 2,600 new homes and 9,700 new jobs.

Tipner West

Dunsbury Park

An award winning, major business development next to junction 3 of the A3(M) on the London/Solent corridor and now a live tax site part of Solent Freeport.

A natural, parkland site offering bespoke manufacturing, industrial, distribution and office units on a built-to-suit basis from 20,000 sq ft to 200,000 sq ft.

Planning permission was granted to develop 665,000 sq ft of which 93,000 sq ft is let. The site also has provision for hotel and conference facilities totalling 60,000 sq ft.
