Friday August 14th, 2020

The IncuHive Group, who operate a range of co‐working business incubation and innovation spaces across Hampshire have recently secured a partnership with IBM to open a dedicated 11,000sqft IncuHive Space on the IBM Hursley Campus in Hampshire.

IncuHive have recently started work on a complete refurbishment of the space which will include a range of offices, desk rental and co‐working space alongside engineering and digital design “fab lab” facilities. The site will also feature a range of teaching/training rooms and onsite breakout creative spaces to support the work IncuHive deliver around business incubation and start‐up support. IncuHive have 5 other sites currently operating across the south offering similar services and plan to launch several more sites shortly. The IBM site is scheduled to open for use later this year and potential members are already joining a waiting list to take up space.

IncuHive founder and CEO Steven Northam said “We are already seeing a considerable shift in the workspace arena, with large corporates looking at alternatives to the traditional office, which has been accelerated due to COVID‐19. We operate a very different model from the normal serviced office style co‐working providers and our 6th site opening with IBM offers a fantastic location and creative space which we hope will help support those looking for workspace in the area”.
