Online printable games receive top score

Thursday April 23rd, 2020

Alton based, Asmodee, the UK and Europe’s leading retail distributor of hobby gaming products, has launched a new print and play website to help keep young minds stimulated.

The games and puzzle sector has seen a huge 97% increase in sales in recent weeks (March 2020 v March 2019) as families look for joy and entertainment more than ever.

With everyone having to stay at home; children off school and parents still working, it can be a challenge to keep everyone occupied.

As well as responding to an increase in demand, Asmodee has created a suite of free printable activities, games and puzzles; based on popular board games such as Dobble, Rory’s Story Cubes, Catan and Dixit which was recently voted the second best board game by the Independent.

Stephane Carville, CEO of Asmodee said: “We hope that these free print-and-play games can offer some measure of relief, adventure and fun for everyone while staying safe at home. In these difficult times due to the worldwide Covid-19 crisis, we at Asmodee are happy to offer families a way to play together from the comfort and safety of their home.”
