Landmark Basingstoke development opportunity launched

A new opportunity to acquire a landmark development site in the heart of Basingstoke’s thriving town centre business district has been launched.

A new Village Hotel, with gym, restaurant, swimming pool and Starbucks coffee shop also opened at Basing View in early 2020.
Alongside this, significant external investment is also planned or under way at the Renaissance, Grosvenor House and Southern Cross buildings.
