QinetiQ, advised by Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell and Vail Williams, has secured a further tenant, Sirius Analysis, at the brand-new Innovation and Collaboration Hub at Portsdown Technology Park, Portsmouth.

The high-quality, four-storey office building was developed by QinetiQ in partnership with the Solent Local Enterprise Partnership and is attached to the new Naval Maritime Systems Centre.

Sirius Analysis, whose main function is operational research, cost analysis and systems engineering, has taken the office space for a ten-year lease.

Phillip Holmes, Senior Estates Surveyor of QinetiQ, said: “This is another key letting for QinetiQ. We welcome Sirius Analysis to the Portsdown Technology Park, and we are keen to work with them to explore how we can both create new business opportunities that benefit all involved.”

Tom Holloway of Holloway Iliffe Mitchell commented: “The transaction reflects not only the high-quality of the accommodation available at the Innovation and Collaboration Hub but also the demand being seen in the M27 market for adaptable and accessible office space of this nature.”

Jo Llewellyn of Sirius Analysis added: “We are excited to have moved into Portsdown Technology Park as it provides an excellent platform to support the growing demand for our high-quality services. The new environment also provides us with the ideal space for furthering our collaborative working relationships with our customers, partners and suppliers.”

The Innovation and Collaboration Hub was developed by QinetiQ, to attract new and fledgling start-up businesses that operate in the defence sector to the park and create reciprocal business opportunities with other occupiers, including the Royal Navy, BAE Systems and Raytheon. In addition to the Grade A office fit-out, the property benefits from restaurant, café and gym facilities and access to the building’s auditorium and conference rooms as well as a unique setting overlooking Portsmouth and the South Downs.

A further 5,400 sq ft of office space on the third floor at the Innovation and Collaboration Hub is available at a quoting rent of £21 per sq ft.
